We describe and photograph products carefully, but colours may vary across screens. We do not guarantee all content is error-free. Contact us if unsure before ordering.

Pricing & Taxes
All prices are in Euro (€) and include Italian VAT. The checkout price is final. We may adjust prices at any time, but once you complete checkout, the price is locked.

If a pricing error is found after order placement, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel. If cancelled, we will refund any charges made.

Order Acceptance
An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing/product errors.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.

The European Commission provides an ODR platform for consumers ，EU consumers may submit complaints through this platform. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution, but we will always try to resolve issues directly with you first.
